The DePaul School Family supports parents and their newly diagnosed children with hearing loss every step of the way on their listening and speaking journey. Our expert team can help you to navigate all of the steps from the first diagnosis through transitioning your child into their neighborhood school.
- Our Little Listeners Music Social Group meets once a month. A teacher of the deaf, speech therapist, and audiologist are there to answer any and all questions you may have!
- We also offer one-on-one parent sessions to get more individualized support whether it be in person, in your home, or digitally with Telepractice.
- DePaul School also recommends Guide By Your Side as an excellent resource for parents. Guide By Your Side is a support and advocacy group for parents of children who are deaf or hard of hearing.
